Our mobile rig strips rust, old paint, body filler, and undercoating from any vehicle — cars, trucks, trailers, motorcycles, and heavy equipment. We work on full bodies or targeted panels, leaving bare metal with an even surface profile that bonds with primer.
Water in the blasting process minimizes flash rust compared to dry methods. Most vehicles can be primed the same day — we also offer epoxy primer application on-site immediately after blasting, giving your bare metal the best possible base before paint or powder coat.
Materials & Media Used
Crushed Glass
Primary abrasive for steel and aluminum body panels — cuts aggressively without warping thin metal.
Garnet
Used on heavily corroded areas and thicker steel components for fast, deep stock removal.
Rust Inhibitor Additive
Mixed into the water supply to suppress flash rust and keep the surface workable after blasting. There is a 72-hour window before flash rust sets.
Epoxy Primer (Add-On)
Applied on-site immediately after blasting. Seals bare metal, prevents flash rust, and provides the ideal bond coat for paint, body filler, or powder coat.
